Registration for incoming grade nine students begins in March. High school counselors will visit eighth graders at their middle schools and meet 1:1 with them to register for their grade nine classes prior to March 30.

The 2023-24 High School Course Catalog is available on our website as a PDF and e-zine. This publication outlines the district’s graduation requirements and lays out the variety of courses available to high school students. We encourage you to review the catalog with your child and talk about courses for next school year.

High school information nights

Eighth grade students and their families are also invited to high school information nights in March. These dates are listed below and on page 63 of the course catalog.

Bellingham High School, 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 20

Options High School, 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 23 (For incoming grade 9 and other interested students)

Sehome High School: 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 20

Squalicum High School: 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21
