District moves to Stages 2 and 3 of Reconnect Plan
Most students in Bellingham Public Schools remain in Stage 1 of our Reconnect Planand some have transitioned to stages 2 and 3. Students are participating in remote, at-home learning daily, which includes both real-time, live lessons mixed with independent, supported learning.
On Nov. 2, all kindergarten students and students K-2 who receive Special Education through the Life Skills and BRIDGES programs returned to in-person instruction. On Nov. 12, first grade, Life Skills and BRIDGES for grades 3-5 return to in-person instruction. On Nov. 16, middle school students who are served in Life Skills and BRIDGES and on Nov. 23 high school students who are served in Life Skills and BRIDGES returned to in-person instruction.
